Job Description:

Attending to all appointments, giving appropriate product presentations & converting them in to sales.
Explaining the benefits of the product – Nature Hault resorts holiday Membership.
Timeshare Experience will be an added Advantage.
Creating desire for luxurious holidays and long term holiday product.
Closing Incoming Leads as well as Generating own leads from the market for more presentations & sales.
Customer relationship to generate successful referral leads.
Convincing existing members to upgrade their membership.
Reporting in a prescribed format all calls, sales obtained from market & other relevant market feed backs.
Coordinating with internal operations to ensure the delivery of sale promises.
Achieving growth and hitting sales target by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Managing new recruits, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative
